Rimini

Santarcangelo di Romagna
A gateway to the past, a rather special town, a gem in the Valmarecchia "of poets": this is Santarcangelo! This is where the poets of the "Circal de giudeizi" gather, along with their leader Tonino Guerra. Must-see stops include the Malatesta Fortress, the Capuchin Convent, the nineteenth-century Fish Market, the Arch and the Square dedicated to Pope Ganganelli, the "mysterious" tuff caves, and the artisan shops of wrought iron and rust-printed fabrics.
San Leo
In the heart of Valmarecchia, on a 600-meter hill, lies San Leo, the historic capital of the Montefeltro. In addition to its Fortress, Parish Church, and Cathedral, San Leo is also known for the mysterious and fascinating figure of Count "alchemist" Cagliostro, who was imprisoned in the Fortress and died there in 1795.
Verucchio
It dominates the splendid panorama of the Valmarecchia from a strategic position. Worth seeing, in addition to the Fortress, are the Collegiate Church of Saints Martino and Francesco D'Assisi and the Civic Archaeological Museum.
Urbino
Urbino is synonymous with art and culture. The museum of the Ducal Palace is famous for its collection of artworks from the 14th to the 17th century, but above all for displaying some of the most important masterpieces of the Italian Renaissance, which in Urbino is also reflected in its architecture. Gradara
Classic ancient village, enclosed by a long city wall where the imposing castle completes the medieval center. The fortress was finished by the Malatesta family between 1307 and 1325 and later restored several times. Legend has it that, right in Gradara, the Malatesta House experienced the tragic love story of Paolo and Francesca, sung by Dante: "The mouth kissed me, all trembling..."
